It took me a while to think of a name for this shoot. Then slowly, as I worked on the edit, I began to hear Ella Fitzgerald's timeless classic 'Summertime' in my head. It feels apt to have a timeless song for a timeless beauty - may I present Alice once again. This time she is at home in her Fathers in Edgbaston.
Having left everything till the last minute - we pushed ourselves to dream up ideas for our mini shoot upon arriving at the house. Myself, Stephanie Alice and Carol Maye worked together to produce a small body of work that is nostalgic and feminine, making the most of the stunning Victoran house we were in.
Carol gave Alice a flawless, light look to compliment the soft and airy vibe of a Sunday morning. Stephanie has also produced a brilliant behind the scenes video of us all working which I will share with you very soon.
