One thing I love about my job as a photographer is that I wind up meeting people and finding myself in places that I wouldn't have found by myself.
This particular instance is a family photo shoot in Ilfracome, Devon. Sally Daniel, owner of Henley Chocolates asked me if I would travel to meet them at their stunning holiday home in a renovated farm house. The family have been going back to the same place for a few years now and Sally saw this as an opportunity to document their wonderful family holiday.
The drive from Birmingham wasn't too bad and I got to stay in a beautiful B and B called Score Valley Country House Hotel. You can see some of the photographs I took in my own time over on my Facebook page.
I'm so priveleged that my job is literally someone else's holiday. It just never feels like work.
